HISTORICAL PATH: The institute was established on January 25, 2023. The institute aims to develop the "brand" innovative products based on research, to disseminate the practical implication of research, and to improve the quality of educational services.

MISSION: To be a leading unit, that implements scientifically  and methodologically proven EDUCATIONAL  research at  an international level
